Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit original papers in standard format describing new theoretical and/or experimental research. Submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance, correctness, and presentation.

All abstracts must be submitted latest by JUNE 8, 2015 (NEW DEADLINE).

You will receive an abstract notification of acceptance soon after May 30, 2015. 

Registration to the meeting has to be completed prior to the abstract acceptance. 

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Plenary lectures will be 50-long and oral presentations will be scheduled for a total of 20 minutes (including 5 min for questions)

POSTERS: 70 cm (length) x 100 cm (height) maximum size.

Instructions for Abstract Submission

• Your abstract should be limited to 250 words.

• Format MS Word on a separate file one abstract per document

• All text should be in Times New Roman justified

• The presenting author should be underlined

Abstract for oral and poster presentations should be submitted using the following template:
